Etudes en France website out of service – what to do ?
Since December 17th, the website Etudes en France is facing a technical error making it impossible for anyone to access it and submit an application. The services of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs are working on it to allow a service restoration as soon as possible. This article explains what are the changes for people aiming for studies in France. The whole Campus France Kenya team thank you for your understanding and patience.
Due to a technical error, the platform Etudes en France is out of service, at least until January 15th.
Application to 1st year of bachelor's degree
The application deadline for 1st year of bachelor’s degree (DAP blanche and DAP jaune) is postponed to January 15th, and applications have to be submitted by paper. At the bottom of this article, you will find the paper you have to fill in (“dossier blanc 2025 2026”) and then drop or send by mail to :

You will also find a guide to help you filling in the paper (“notice du dossier blanc 2025 2026”).

Application for 2nd year, 3rd year or masters
For those who are applying for 2nd year and 3rd year of bachelor’s degree or masters, you should contact Campus France Kenya by email (nairobi@campusfrance.org) and send us by email copies of the following documents :
_ Your passport
_ Proof of residence in Kenya if you’re not Kenyan
_ All your grade transcripts and diplomas
_ A list of all the degrees you want to apply to
_ Proof of proficiency in French if you are applying to degrees taught in French
You will then directly do the interview with Campus France Kenya and pay the fees (7999 KES) at the beginning of the interview. Please bring all these documents for the interview.
Students already admitted
For those who are already admitted in a French school, you should contact Campus France Kenya by email (nairobi@campusfrance.org) and send us by email copies of the following documents :
_ Your passport
_ Proof of residence in Kenya if you’re not Kenyan
_ Proof of scholarship if you have one
_ All your grade transcripts and diplomas
_ Your admission letter
_ Proof of proficiency in French if your courses will be taught in French
You will then directly do the interview with Campus France Kenya and pay the fees (1999 KES) at the beginning of the interview. Please bring all these documents for the interview.
